Just three blocks from the Inn sits the other half of our story — a long-vacant, flood-damaged 1920s factory building we spent a year restoring into the Ste. Genevieve Antique Mall. The building has quite a history of its own: it's been home to a washing machine company, a shirt and collar manufacturer, and a boiler works over the decades, and it survived Mississippi River floods in 1943, 1951, and 1973, plus a particularly severe one in 1993 that nearly reached the ceiling. Today it's a 25,000-square-foot destination with 175-plus vendor booths of Depression glass, mid-century furniture, estate jewelry, primitives, quilts, and local history pieces.

Opened in May 2025, our newest venture sits right next to the Antique Mall at 198 S. Front Street, just steps from the Mississippi River. It's a small, intentionally intimate park — 11 spacious sites (six full-hookup pull-throughs, five back-in sites with water and electric), each on a level 20-by-70-foot pad with plenty of room between neighbors.

Guests get complimentary high-speed WiFi, clean restrooms and showers, an on-site dump station, and pet-friendly sites for well-behaved dogs. The real draw, though, is the location — you can walk to the Antique Mall, the National Park Service Welcome Center, and downtown's restaurants and historic homes without ever moving your rig. (We'll admit the nearby train has a bit of charm of its own — ask at check-in if you'd like a pair of complimentary earplugs.)
